PURA
is a noble programme initiated by His Excellency The President of India Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam for Providing Urban amenities in Rural Areas. The perspective of this programme is to enhance the development in villages with all basic facilities like schools, roads, lighting, water, communication, health, employment and income in order to arrest migration.
